Essex and Kent are all related somewhere along the line. Don't know why they haven't built another shopping centre there to join up with the other two so everyone can get along, could call it Lakewater.

For someone like me that lives right by it and uses it every day, it's a right touch but about ten years too late. It's gonna be ace in six months time.
